Ingredients
- Dried Wakame:0.1oz
- Soft tofu:1/2 package
- Miso paste:1 and 1/2 oz
For Dashi broth
- Water:2 1/2 cups
- Kombu seaweed:1/5 oz
- Bonito flakes:1/3 oz
Direction
- Wipe surface of kombu with clothe.
- Put water, kombu and bonito flakes into pot and put on medium heat.
- Once it boils, turn to low heat and simmer it for 10 more minutes.
- While cooking, remove the scum.
- Strain step 4. with kitchen paper and a bowl.
- Pour bowlful of water and wakame and wait for few minutes till wakame soften. Once wakame is soft, strain water out.
- Cut tofu into dice.
- Throw step 5 into the pot and turn on a heat. Once it boils, turn down the heat and mix miso into it.
- Put wakame from step 6 and tofu from step 7 into step 3 and turn off heat right before it boils.
