Teriyaki Stir-fry with Kombu and Chicken
Vegetable stir-fry with kombu and chicken in Teriyaki sauce.

- 3 Kombu kelp
- 7 ounces (200g) Chicken breast
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1/2 Broccoli
- Teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 1/4 Teaspoons Stevia Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Mirin (sweet rice seasoning)
Direction
- Soak kombu kelp in water till kelp gets soft for 30 min.
- Cut kombu kelp into square and chicken, onion, carrot and broccoli into bite size.
- Pour salad oil on a frying pan and stir chicken until rightly browned.
- Add broccoli, carrot, onion and kombu kelp into pan and stir.
- Once vegetables are tender, add Teriyaki sauce and simmer.
