Teriyaki Stir-fry with Kombu and Chicken
Vegetable stir-fry with kombu and chicken in Teriyaki sauce.

Ingredients

  • 3 Kombu kelp
  • 7 ounces (200g) Chicken breast
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1/2 Broccoli
  • Teriyaki sauce
    • 2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
    • 1 1/4 Teaspoons Stevia Powder
    • 1 Tablespoon Mirin (sweet rice seasoning)

Direction

  1. Soak kombu kelp in water till kelp gets soft for 30 min.
  2. Cut kombu kelp into square and chicken, onion, carrot and broccoli into bite size.
  3. Pour salad oil on a frying pan and stir chicken until rightly browned.
  4. Add broccoli, carrot, onion and kombu kelp into pan and stir.
  5. Once vegetables are tender, add Teriyaki sauce and simmer.
