Miso Soup with "Seaweed Salad ON THE GO"
A traditional Japanese soup, rich seaweed umami course through a body.
- Put the water in a saucepan to a boil.
- Stop the heat. Add the Seaweed and let it soak for 5 minutes.
- Dissolve miso in it on low heat. Gradually return the miso mixture in the soup.
- Stir the soup gently for a few minutes.
- Stop the heat and add the dressing of "Seaweed Salad ON THE GO".
