  • "Seaweed Salad ON THE GO: Miso & Hijiki"
  • 3.5 ounces (100g) Cabbage
  • 1 ounce (30g) Pork loin
  • 2 Tablespoons Okonomi sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • [Dough]
    • 7 ounces (200g) Flour
    • 7.7 fl.oz (230ml) Water
    • 1 Egg
    • 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Salad oil

Direction

  1. Prepare the "Seaweed Salad ON THE GO" and set aside.
    • Add water over the seaweed and let it soak for 5 minutes.
    • Place the sheet on top of the cup and carefully drain the water.
    • Add the dressing of "Seaweed Salad ON THE GO"
  2. Coarsely chop cabbage.
  3. Mix [dough] in a bowl.
  4. Add step 1 and the dressing of "Seaweed Salad ON THE GO" into step 2.
  5. Pour salad oil on a frying pan with medium heat and add step 3. Place sliced pork on top of it.
  6. Cook for 3min and flip the pancake and cook for 5min more. When pancake is cooked, put Okonomi sauce and mayonnaise.
